Scottish player Barry Bannan scored a wonderful goal from a distance for his team Sheffield Wednesday against its host Milton Keynes Dons, in the English Football League Second Division.

The goal came in the 30th minute of the match, after the Dons defender scattered a longitudinal ball in a wrong way that bounced to Banan, who received it in a distinctive way on his chest to prepare it for himself and hit it directly with a falling missile that surprised the goalkeeper and went into the net to explode the stadium in celebration of the wonderful goal.

Sheffield Wednesday sang the goal of the Scottish midfielder and captain, describing him as a "magician".

With this win, Sheffield Wednesday strengthened its chances of remaining in the promotion qualifiers for the English Championship, while this loss hindered Milton Keynes from advancing to second place, whose owner qualifies directly without entering the promotion qualifiers.

The English Football League is the third tier of football in England, after the Premier League and the English Championship.

24 teams participate in the second division, of which the first two teams advance to the English championship, while the four teams loyal to the runners-up participate in the knockout elimination qualifiers, with one team ascending to the top division, while the last 4 teams are relegated to the third division.
