Details of Mortada Mansour's innocence from 40 complaints against Mahmoud Al-Khatib

Zamalek club president Mortada Mansour announced his innocence from about forty reports submitted by Al-Ahly club president Mahmoud Al-Khatib, his lawyer, and some who bought the Al-Ahly president, after he presented evidence of his innocence of the charges against him, including publishing false news against Al-Khatib.

And the president of the Zamalek club wrote in his official account on the Instagram website, details of what happened and said: “Mahmoud Al-Khatib received an amount of 263 million pounds from Mr. The board of directors has ten hours worth more than 10 million pounds, and they kept it for themselves.”

Egyptian media published the merits of Mortada Mansour’s acquittal, and confirmed that Mahmoud Al-Khatib had accused Counselor Mortada Mansour of insulting and defaming him and his family and requesting imprisonment under Article 308 of the Penal Code. Accordingly, several final judgments were issued acquitting Counselor Mortada Mansour, and two judgments that fined him ten thousand pounds, which are being appealed, as Mortada Mansour announced in his account.


At the end of his post, Mortada Mansour said: "Long live justice. There are judges in Egypt who do not recognize that there are those in Egypt who are above the law, and they do not recognize the red lines that some have illusion that they are protection and immunity for themselves and their friends, the lesson is over."
