Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp spoke about the failure of the Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, to score goals for a long time, and justified the difficulties faced by the English Premier League top scorer and expected a change in the upcoming matches.

Salah is looking for his first goal of open play since February 19, when Liverpool hosts Manchester United on Tuesday in the top of the week's matches in the English Premier League.

Klopp told reporters on Monday, "Mohamed Salah's return to score is only a matter of time, what he is going through is normal, and in the last Manchester City match he performed very well, I was happy with his performance, he needs a little luck to come back to score goals."

Liverpool beat Manchester City 3-2 and qualified to face Chelsea in the FA Cup final next month.

"We had many conversations together during our work, and in this period there is no need to talk about it," the German coach said, referring to his keenness to support the Egyptian star and accompany him in training in search of restoring his best levels during the remainder of the season, which witnesses Liverpool's competition for the crown with 4 nicknames.

Salah is still the top scorer in the English Premier League this season with 20 goals, 3 goals behind his closest rival, Son Heung-min, Tottenham Hotspur player.

Liverpool's Diogo Jota and Manchester United's top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo are third, with 15 goals each.
