Paddle board sports first became popular in the south, especially in this seaside city, such as Shenzhen and Fuzhou, where there are dozens of paddle board clubs.

In the north, especially in Yinchuan, we "board friends" are gradually familiar with and involved in paddle board sports through competitions.

At that time, I saw this paddle board when I was visiting the water park. I was very curious. I went up and felt it, and then I practiced.

After practicing for about 3 months, I remember that there was a competition in Hanzhong in August. After signing up, I imposed practice. After that, I won the first place in the Hanzhong women's (paddle board) master competition. I was very excited at that time.

[Commentary] The first time he participated in the competition, he was able to win the championship. One cannot help but sigh that Ni Shuxian is a "born winner".

As early as 2014, 38-year-old Ni Shuxian participated in the triathlon at the invitation of a friend. 5 years of hard training honed her physical strength, endurance and perseverance, and also laid a good foundation for paddle board sports. Base.

Paddleboarding is a sport that combines skill and endurance. The reason why I can win the championship in 3 months is based on two points. One is that my long-term triathlon training gives I lay a foundation.

The second is to have a relatively strong physical reserve.

[Commentary] From 2019, Ni Shuxian began to emerge in the national paddle board competition, and successively won the championship in the 2nd China Paddle Board Open in Hanzhong, Shaanxi in 2019, and won 3 championships in the 2020 China Yanqi Lake Paddle Board Open , Won the championship of the master group in the 2021 China Pengshui Paddle Board Open... Of my many medals, this one means a lot to me.

Because on August 22, 2020, in the National Paddleboard Open Competition - the Great Wall Competition in Nanxun Ancient Town, there was Wang Bo (participating in the former (kayaking) national team), who was "the first sister of paddle board", in my opinion Come is unsurpassed.

In the process, (from) the beginning I was behind (to) the final overtake, I tried my best, and finally won the game and won the championship.

In my opinion, don't set limits on yourself, life is not impossible.

[Explanation] From being exposed to competitive sports at the age of 38 to being brilliant in paddle sports at the age of 46, Ni Shuxian's struggle continues. She pours all her efforts into the things she loves, and uses practical actions to explain that there is no such thing as life. impossible.

I was 38 years old when I was involved in this competitive sport, and I have never had the experience of being a professional athlete.

In the past few years, I have won medals in some national paddle board competitions, and received some real flowers and applause, and I am very satisfied.

What I want to tell you here is that we ordinary people, as long as you choose to start, will definitely achieve your goals.

This process requires persistence and hard work, and in the end you will achieve your overall goal.
