The 33rd day of Ligue 2 saw Auxerre and Pau face Nouste Camp.

Auxerre clinched the victory with a score of 4 to 1. We will remember the beautiful match of Sakhi, who distinguished himself with his decisive pass and his goal.

Furlan chose to place his Auxerre group in a defensive 4-5-1, with Sinayoko up front to face the balanced 4-2-3-1 from Tholot, who started the match with Naidji up front.

Sakhi opened the scoring in the 6th minute of play. On a serve from Gomis, he quickly forced the Pau goalkeeper to get the ball in his net.

However, Daubin equalized in the 11th on a service from Sakhi, allowing Tholot's men to come back to score.

Immediately afterwards, in the 13th minute, Hein allowed Auxerre to take a one-goal lead.

The teams returned to the locker room at halftime with a score of 1-2.

Then, Auxerre widened the gap thanks to Sinayoko's goal in the 74th.

The final goal of the game was scored in the 87th for Auxerre by Joly.

The warnings came down time and time again.

Lobry received a yellow card, along with Batisse, Hein and Boto.

The referee saw red many times, excluding 2 players in turn: Kouassi (55th, Pau) and Sylvestre (55th, Pau) thus had to leave the field, leaving the two teams to compete at 9 against 11.

By gaining a place thanks to this victory, Auxerre moved up to 2nd, overtaking AC Ajaccio in the standings.

Pau loses a place and is relegated to 10th position.
