Klopp blames the Egyptian national team for the decline in the level of Mohamed Salah

Liverpool coach, German Jurgen Klopp, defended the team's star and top scorer, Mohamed Salah, noting that the decline in the level of the Egyptian pharaoh in the last period was normal after the great pressure he was subjected to with the Egyptian national team, pointing out that Salah will return stronger than before, and Klopp mentioned The Egyptian star is going through a "difficult period".

Klopp said, in statements to the “Liverpool Echo” website, before the Manchester City match today: “I know that Mohamed Salah will end the current season strongly.

He added, "Mohamed Salah went through the most difficult period of his career in January. He reached the final of the Nations Cup with his country and participated for 120 minutes and did not win." 

He explained, "There is a problem with being a star in your country because everyone wants something from you, everything becomes very difficult and the responsibility is heavy."

Klopp revealed: "The role that Salah plays is enormous and huge, a great responsibility that rests on his shoulders."
