Beirut Club signs the American basketball star from the Dallas Mavericks

Beirut Basketball Club announced, through its official page on the social networking site "Facebook", the contract with Tunisian international Saleh Majri, the former star of the Dallas Mavericks team in the NBA.

The Lebanese capital team contracted Mejri, among the list of foreign professionals, to support the ranks of "Beirut" in the "Final Four" competitions, which he qualified for in the Lebanese Basketball League.

In its recent contracts, the Beirut club aspires to grab the Lebanese League title, especially since Mejri will be next to his former friend in the Kuwaiti Jahra Club and the star of the Lebanese national team, Wael Arakji, in Beirut.

It is noteworthy that Mejri participated with the Tunisian national basketball team in the 2010 World Cup, and also won with his country the African Nations Championship in 2011, which represented an opportunity for him to professionalize abroad, before moving and playing with Real Madrid between 2013 and 2015, followed by joining the Dallas Mavericks Between 2015 and 2019.
