“Corona” affects Tottenham coach Antonio Conte

Tottenham Hotspur, of the English Premier League, announced today that coach Antonio Conte has tested positive for the Corona virus, but he is expected to be present for the next match early next week.

Tottenham host Brighton & Hove Albion in the league on Saturday.

The Italian coach was on the bench during the 4-0 win over Aston Villa last Saturday.

A club spokesman said, "Antonio's swab tested positive for Covid this week, and he has been quarantined. We expect that he will not have any symptoms, and that he will be ready to lead the match on Saturday."

Tottenham won the last four league matches to advance to fourth place with 57 points, three points behind its fifth-ranked neighbor Arsenal, who has one game in hand.
