The videos of players breakfast in the major European leagues are receiving great interaction from the fans, the latest of which is the interruption of the Mainz-Augsburg match in the German Football League, in order to provide an opportunity for Moussa Nyakhat, the Mainz player, to break his fast.

The referee stopped the match in the 65th minute, and the French Muslim player appeared next to his team's goalkeeper, giving him a bottle of water to break his fast, after sunset.

The clip has achieved about two million views so far, along with about 100,000 likes, while it was re-shared on Twitter about 17,000 times.

Tweeters praised the behavior of the Bundesliga officials, as well as the position of the referee and players, who respected the Muslim player's right to break his fast, and did not express any objection to stopping the match for a few moments.

While others touched on the difficulty of playing during fasting, noting that it does a great job to combine the two, and stressing that the obligation of fasting outweighs the importance of football, of course.

The match ended with Augsburg winning 2-1, and the team ranked 14th with 32 points, while Mainz remained tenth with 38 points.
