The Egyptian coach and member of the performance analysis team of the German national football team, Hassan Beltagi, documented the experience of the fans in the German Fourth Division.

Video clips and photos showed the German fans' eagerness to be present in the stadiums to support the teams of their cities, despite their presence in what is relatively weaker than the Bundesliga.

Despite the weak competition in these competitions, the nature of the stadiums and the crowd attendance suggest that they are matches in the first division, the highest degree of domestic competition in Germany.

In exclusive statements to the "Sanad" Agency for Monitoring and Verification of Al-Jazeera Network, Biltaji said that he believes that the culture of encouragement in Germany is very special.

He added, "It is due to several reasons, the first of which is that the locals do not think of the city's team's location from competing in the premier leagues, but it is more related to the feeling of belonging to the local teams."

"There is almost no German child who does not go to play football at a young age, and when he grows up he goes with his young colleagues to establish the ultras links that support their city team," explained the Germany national team performance analyst.

"The other thing is the ease of access to the stadiums, whether they are in a large or small city, in addition to the ticket prices, as tickets must be available with prices of 10 or 15 euros, away from the league in which the teams of those stadiums are active," Biltaji added.
