After victories with 30-24 and 27-21 in the first two matches, Lugi today had the chance to secure a place in the semi-finals away from home.

But it was Kungälv, whipped to win, who managed to snatch with 13 minutes left of the match.

After Lugi's Lova Nyrell pulled a shot from the edge of the face of goalkeeper Yasminee Gluic and went out two minutes, Kungälv went from 20-20 to 23-20.

But Lugi came back and with 1.20 left, Amanda Andersson made 26-25 to the guests.

Kungälv took time out, but when Madeleine Lindgren lost the ball in the last attack, Lugi's victory was secured.

The final numbers were written to 26-25 and Lugi is on to the semifinals after 3-0 in matches.

- We are not there 100 percent and it sways way too much.

But shit the same, we won, says Olivia Löfqvist.

Kungälv's Marie Wall, who ended her career with the loss, was emotional afterwards.

- It's mixed.

This is the end of my career, but I am very proud of the girls, says Wall with tears in his eyes.

It was otherwise Lugi who already in the first half made a move.

The guests went from 10-10 to a lead of 14-10 in four minutes after, among other things, two goals by Cecilie Bjerre who accounted for a total of five goals in the first 30 minutes.

Kungälv worked their way back and in the 45th minute it was leveled again after Wilma Pettersson made it 19-19.
