Djurgården left the SHL and thus needs to prepare for games in the hockey allsvenskan season 2022/23.

Already now, major changes have taken place in the player squad.

Alexander Salak, Cameron Schilling, Marc-André Gragnani, Éric Gélinas, Rhett Rakhshani, Émile Poirier and Paul Carey left the club on Friday, as a result of the relegation, the club announced on its website.

Today came the next bundle of players:

Mantas Armalis, Stefan Warg, Alex Brännstam, Pontus Johansson, Marcus Sörensen, Oscar Bjerselius, Sebastian Strandberg, Filiph Engsund and William Eklund.

The players have in some cases left for new clubs and in other cases the club has chosen not to extend.
