OM President Pablo Longoria criticized PAOK Salonika coach Razvan Lucescu for his "irresponsible attitude" after his comments on incidents between supporters on Thursday on the sidelines of the Europa League Conference match, AFP learned on Friday from from a source within the club.

"Pablo went to see Lucescu and told him that his attitude was irresponsible and that it was suicidal to ignite things like this before the second leg," the source told AFP.

After the match, marked by numerous incidents between Greek and Marseille supporters around and inside the Stade Vélodrome, Razvan Lucescu felt that his club's fans had been "poorly received" and that Marseille and OM had given " a bad image ".

“Your supporters had better not come,” he then blurted out as he left the press room.

A report to UEFA

“When he discussed with Pablo, (Lucescu) stayed on his speech.

He considers that PAOK supporters were poorly received.

For us, he denies reality,” the same source told AFP.

Between Wednesday and Thursday, a dozen people were arrested in Marseille and the police headquarters reported around thirty injuries among the police.

The Bouches-du-Rhône police headquarters said on Friday that it intended to send a report to UEFA to "detail all the difficulties" that the authorities faced during the match.
