It shook the world of long-distance running when 34-year-old Korsgren announced on Wednesday that she will retire after the race tomorrow.

Her own teammates in Team Ramudden, where she will continue as leader, were shocked.

Tomorrow it is over for the skier who as recently as last year won the Vasaloppet in record time and took home the total in Ski Classics.

- I think it will be emotional then we will see if it will be just joy or if there will be tears.

I do not know but I am happy with my decision and will just enjoy, says Korsgren.

In total, it is obvious for Britta Johansson Norgren to take another title.

She is 97 points ahead of Ida Johansson who drives for the same stable as Korsgren, Team Ramudden.

If Dahl were to win, Johansson Norgren must be eight or worse to miss the overall cup.

A win gives 200 points.

"Britta must have a bad day"

- If Ida has the chance to take the yellow vest, we will drive for her but it is some points up and Britta must have a bad day if it is to go but it is sports and anything can happen, says Korsgren about the situation.

Britta Johansson has returned to the highest level after the severe frostbite injury last season.

She has five overall victories in Ski Classics.

- It will be tough with 70 km on a tough track and all the snow but I have an inspiring situation and have put pressure on Ida who may need to win to take it home.

It will be fun to go out and fight about it, says a hopeful Norgren.

Norgren: "Anyone have a job proposal?"

- It would mean a lot to win the cup even if I did it before.

It happened last year and now to have the chance to come back and show that the younger riders still have to adapt.

Hopefully this is my year and then the younger ones have a future ahead of them.

At 39 years old, Norgren is five years older than Korsgren, who will end his career tomorrow.

There does not seem to be any thoughts of quitting for Norgren, does it?

- The focus is on the competition, then we'll see, if anyone has a job proposal, you are welcome to contact us, laughs Norgren.

The competition is broadcast live on SVT1 on Saturday starting at 07.35.
