For the 2021 season and before, there are three time points:

  Pay no less than 30% of the total amount to be settled before July 31, 2022.

  Pay no less than 70% of the total amount settled before October 31, 2022.

  All outstanding wages will be settled by December 31, 2022.

Failure to resolve the wage arrears at the final node will result in demotion or disqualification.
