The draw for the quarter-finals of the African Champions League, which took place today, Tuesday, resulted in 3 Arab confrontations.

Al-Ahly of Egypt (the title holder) was placed in the face of Morocco's Raja Casablanca, while Algeria's ES Setif will face Tunisia's Esperance, and Algeria's Chabab Belouizdad will meet Morocco's Wydad Casablanca.

The draw also resulted in a confrontation between Petro Atletico of Angola and Sun Downs of South Africa.

It is noteworthy that the teams that topped their groups, namely, Morocco's Raja Casablanca, Tunisia's Esperance, Morocco's Wydad Casablanca and South Africa's Sun Downs, will play the return matches at their stadium.

In the semi-finals, the winner of the match between Al-Ahly and Raja will face the winner of the match between ES Setif and Esperance, while the winner of the match between Petro Atletico and Sun Downs will play with the winner of the match Shabab Belouizdad and Wydad.

African Confederation Cup matches

On the other hand, the draw for the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-finals resulted in the Egyptian "Al-Masry" team facing Morocco's Renaissance Berkane, the Egyptian Pyramids meeting with the Congolese TP Mazembe, the Libyan Al-Ittihad with Al-Ahly of Libya, and Tanzania's Simba with the South African Orlando Pirates.

In the first semi-final match, the winner of the Libyan Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahly match will meet the winner of the Simba and Orlando match.

In the second semi-final match, the winner of the Pyramids match and Mazembe will play with the winner of the match between Al-Masry and Nahdet Berkane.
