The competition schedule for the next biathlon season has been decided.
The World Cup 22/23 will be decided during 10 competition weeks / weekends and where the WC in German Oberhof 8-19 February is included.
The season opener will be just like last season in Kontiolathi, Finland.
Östersund, which previously usually had the season opening, will have to arrange the ninth and penultimate World Cup weekend, March 9-12.
There will be a men's and women's sprint less next season than last.
Two less chances for the Swedes to beat this year's record listing with 32 podium places in total.
