Jesper Karlström was responsible for a successful jump against the Czech Republic where he was involved in the victory goal.

Against Poland, the 26-year-old got the chance from the start and would play one of the main roles when Sweden lost to Poland.

Karlström knocked down Grzegorz Krychowiak early in the second half and the referee pointed to the penalty spot.

A penalty that the big star Robert Lewandowski managed to make it 1-0.

- The ball comes in at the penalty point, I run towards it but then he (Krychowiak) comes a little in front of me.

My first feeling was that we were hooked and both fell.

But, maybe it was punishment, says Karlström to C More and continues:

- Unfortunately, this is what happens and is part of football.

It's damn boring but you have to try to get through it.

"Will try to digest this"

After another Polish goal by Piotr Zielinski, the final score was 2-0 and Sweden's dream of the World Cup was shattered.

- It is tough but it is small margins that decide.

I'll try to digest this.

It will be very tough but right now I will just try to move on from this.
