Two months after the final of the African Cup of Nations, Senegal again beat Egypt on penalties on Tuesday evening (1-0, 3-1 on pens).
This success erased the defeat of the first leg in Cairo (1-0) and allowed the Lions of Teranga to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.
But the Egyptian Football Federation does not hear it that way.
This Wednesday, she filed an official complaint against her Senegalese counterpart with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and the International Football Federation (FIFA).

“The Egyptian team faced racism after offensive banners appeared in the stands at the stadium directed at the players, in particular Mohamed Salah, the captain.
All documented by photos and videos attached to the complaint,” she said in a statement.
Three Egyptians missed their shot on goal
Photos released by the Federation show the broken windows of the bus carrying the Pharaohs, banners of insults against Mohamed Salah and members of the public making abusive gestures at the players.
The impressive Senegalese public at the Abdoulaye-Wade stadium in Diamniadio, near Dakar also used lasers to disrupt the Pharaohs during the penalty shootout.
Three of the four Egyptian shooters missed their penalty.
Along with the official complaint, a series of images showing the face of Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah obscured by green pointer lasers have caused an uproar on social media over the behavior of the Senegalese.
Other videos posted on social media show projectiles and bottles thrown by the public at the captain of the Pharaohs.
CAF and FIFA have not yet given an official response.
