One of the major meetings of the freestyle season takes place this Wednesday and Thursday in Avoriaz (Haute-Savoie).

Thirty-two of the most creative skiers and snowboarders in the world, women and men alike, come together for the second edition of Red Bull Infinite Lines.

On the most aesthetic menu of specialties, backcountry freestyle, in a Combe du Fornet sculpted by wind and snow, embellished with a few modules designed with the riders.

The French Jules Bonnaire, Ben Buratti, Coline Ballet Baz, Lou Barin, Astrid Cheylus and Manon Loschi will notably be taking part in skiing, as well as Lucas Cornllat, Victor Daviet, Sébastien Konijnenberg, Chloé Sillières and Lucie Silvestre in snowboarding.

The performances of the competitors are decided by six judges according to criteria of creativity, fluidity and difficulty.

The semi-finals and finals are scheduled for Thursday from 12 p.m., before an award ceremony at 4 p.m.
