In tonight's NHL game between Chicago and Buffalo, the guests turned a four-goal deficit.

Chicago started best and got a three-goal lead before the second period.

The home team was not happy there but early in the second period they extended the lead to 4-0 and everyone in the United Center in Chicago thought that the home team would take three lead-heavy points.

But Swedish Victor Olofsson and Buffalo wanted something else.

04.50 into the period, Olofsson reduced to 4-1 in numerical superiority.

Five minutes later, Olofsson arrived again.

From 4-0 to 4-4

Before the end of the second period, the guests reduced once again.

The period lasted 4-3.

Three minutes into the final period, another Swede would sign up for the points record.

Rasmus Dahlin found Vinnie Hinostroza and Buffalo had picked up a four-goal deficit.

Chicago did not want to give up but could put 5-4 in powerplay.

But with less than three minutes left of the match, Olofsson wanted to be a hero, the 26-year-old found Alex Tuch who equalized once again.

Broke long suite

The match looked to be heading for extra time.

But with eleven seconds left, Tage Thompson stepped forward, after a pass from Dahlin and was able to determine the final result.

At the moment of the shot, Thompson's club went off and the puck went towards the short edge and then bounced in front of the goal again where the goalkeeper steered it into his own box.

An important victory for the guests who broke a three-year losing streak against Chicago.
