The coach of the UAE national football team, Argentinian Rodolfo Arruabarina, decided to include Sharjah club goalkeeper Adel Al-Hosani in Al-Faiq's list, instead of Majid Nasser, who left the camp due to an injury.
The team continues its training, at the sub-field of Al Maktoum Stadium in Al Nasr Club, with the participation of all players, in preparation for facing its South Korean counterpart, on Tuesday, as part of the tenth and final round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, for the first group matches.
The national team needs to win to ensure qualification for the continental playoffs, and to be ranked third in the group, regardless of what the result of the second confrontation between Syria and Iraq will explain.
For his part, national team goalkeeper Khaled Issa appealed to the Al-Abyad fans to continue supporting the team in its decisive and fateful match against its guest, the South Korean team, and said: “We are fully aware of the fans’ blame on the team, but the current time is for support and support, and we trust in the continuation of the solid stand.
