Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen (30, Brentford), who collapsed from a heart attack during the game in June of last year, started scoring in the national team's return.

Eriksen, who was called up to the Danish national football team, was replaced at the start of the second half in the evaluation match against the Netherlands at the Johan Kruyff Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and scored a goal to announce his return in two minutes.

Two minutes into the second half, Andreas Skopg Olsen finished off a cross from the right flank with a sharp right footed shot.

It is the first time in about 9 months since Eriksen suffered a heart attack in the Euro 2020 group stage match against Finland in June last year.

Eriksen, who then underwent a cardiac defibrillator implantation, was out of the game for a while.

The contract with Inter Milan (Italy) was terminated in December last year because he could not play in Serie A in Italy with a defibrillator on.

Eriksen, who dreamed of returning to the field, has trained with Danish club Odense BK and his former team, Ajax, the Netherlands, and signed a contract with Brentford of the English Premier League (EPL) until the end of the season at the end of January this year.

On the 27th of last month, he made a comeback as a substitute in the 27th round of the EPL with Newcastle United, and was also named in the Danish national soccer team in the middle of this month, and announced his 'perfect comeback' in his 110th match A on that day.

As Eriksen entered the stadium, cheers poured from the crowd, and Dutch coach Luis Van Gaal also applauded.

The Netherlands won 4-2 thanks to a multi-goal from Stevan Bergwein.
