The Helsingborg-born hill Lindholm has long been one of Anaheim's foremost slopes.

But last week he was transferred to Boston, and srkev already the day after an eight-year contract with his new club.

Last night, when he debuted for his new team, he immediately showed why Boston wanted to tie him up for so long.

He had the second most playing time (23.26), and was on the ice with two of the three goals that Boston scored in the 3-2 victory.

- What a match by Hampus.

He was absolutely incredible, to come to a new team and play so well in the debut is fantastic, says David Pastrnak, who scored all three Boston goals, according to Expressen.

Lindholm was chosen as the match's third best player, and was pleased afterwards.

- It felt good.

Nice to get the first match under the belt.

It was an important match, so good to be thrown into the fire directly against Tampa at home, he said.
