The South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) and the European Union (UEFA) revealed the date and details of the expected Super match between the European champions Italy and Argentina, crowned with the Copa America title.

And 86,000 people are allowed to attend the match in the legendary stadium, and the sale of tickets, which range in price from 33 to 131 dollars, begins today.

This confrontation comes as part of a renewed memorandum of understanding between UEFA and its counterpart, the Confederation of South American Football (CONMEBOL) until 2028, which will witness the establishment of two other editions, in addition to the match next year.

The two federations expressed their opposition to a proposal from the International Federation of the game "FIFA", which aims to hold the World Cup every two years instead of 4 years.

As part of the agreement between the two sides, a joint office will be opened in London to enhance cooperation between the two continental federations, starting in early 2022.

Wembley Stadium hosted the Euro 2020 final between England and Italy last July and ended with a 3-2 victory for the Azzurri on penalties, after they tied 1-1 in normal and overtime.

Argentina had ended a 28-year wait to win a major championship, after winning the Copa America title at the expense of host Brazil with a clean goal last July.
