In 2018, Lee Jang-seok, who was convicted and serving a sentence, was charged with another fraud and embezzlement by some shareholders of the Kiwoom club.

In this case, the prosecution decided not to prosecute, but the lawyer at the time was Mr. Wi Jae-min.

According to SBS coverage, it was confirmed that the lawyer above had signed at least four legal advice contracts with Lee Jang-seok after that.

Lawyer Jaemin Wi, who helped Jangseok Lee in many legal disputes, took office as the new CEO of Kiwoom on the 4th.

And after the recruitment of Kang Jeong-ho, the KBO has been criticized for being reckless, including the appointment of Im Sang-soo, a lawyer close to Lee Jang-seok, who predicted disciplinary action when he returned to the club.

These are decisions that are hard to believe were made without the permission of the major shareholder, Jangseok Lee.

In response to a question from SBS, CEO Wi acknowledged that he had known Lee Jang-seok for about 10 years, and that Mr. Lee asked for management and became the CEO.

In addition, Kang Jung-ho pushed for a comeback because the fans wanted to see him, and Im Sang-soo, a lawyer, sent a position that he would only take charge of the corporate affairs of Seoul Heroes, not the club business.
