With a five point margin down to Tessa Worley, Sara Hector had a good position to win the giant slalom cup.

But in the first run, the Swede did not get it at all.

She finished 2.10 behind leader Mikaela Shiffrin and was in 13th place after the first run.

It took a real improvement of Hector in the second run for the chance to win the giant slalom cup to win.

But she did not get there either.

She lost further and finished second behind Katarina Truppe, and the chance to win the cup was thus gone.

Tessa Worley, who also had a good chance of winning the giant slalom cup, really did well in the second run, and everything was decided during Mikaela Shiffrin's last run in the competition.

Shiffrin lost all his lead and finished seventh.

This means that Worley takes home the victory in the giant slalom cup and Sara Hector is second.
