World No. 4 Se-Young Ahn relentlessly pushed world No. 1 Taiwan's Tai Ziying in the semifinals, where she clenched her fists after she beat her opponents with a powerful smash to score her points.
She also made the defense resonate, and she showed off her body-flying defense one after another, completely breaking Tai Ziying's spirit.
Ahn Se-young, who won 2-0, will fight for the gold medal with Akane Yamakuchi of Japan, who is second in the world shortly after.
