22-year-old Julia Wennersten is ready for her first semifinal in a global championship.

But it was certainly on the hair.

Several changes

When she, after a race where she started well and then was in the lead of the field during all 60 meters, the scoreboard first announced that she was third - and thus ready for the semifinals.

But after a while, the list of results changed to that she was third, only one thousandth after the German Monika Zapalska.

But the feelings would change again, when another result came - where Wennersten was a thousandth before the German.

- First I was very happy, then I was very sad.

Yes, my God, she says to SVT Sport, and continues:

- But now it feels good.

I understand that they had to review a few times.

What do you think about them going out with the times so fast, they could not have waited a few minutes?

- Yes exactly.

It would have made it easier for the active.

But now it feels okay, just because I got third place.

"Felt good!"

Wennersteen's time, 8.17, is only three hundredths of her personal record.

- It felt good!

I was good with good in the beginning, but got high over one of the last hurdles, but it felt like I got good into the race again, so it still felt good.

says Wennersten, who was very happy about the semi-final place:

- Great fun, really!

It was a goal, but I knew it looked tough in advance.

So now it feels great fun!
