An "offensive" offer from Barcelona to Mohamed Salah... and Liverpool want to sell him

The Catalan newspaper "Sport", which is close to Barcelona, revealed new details about the Catalan club's desire to sign the Egyptian star and scorer of Liverpool, Mohamed Salah.

And it turned out that Barcelona officials are more interested in the inclusion of Mohamed Salah, as a "cheaper deal than the Norwegian Halland," according to Catalan media.

Which is considered an insult to Mohamed Salah, as he is the most distinguished in the current period, and tops the list of scorers in the English Premier League, in addition to the fact that Halland missed this season a lot and did not provide much, and suffered many injuries.

Despite Salah's advanced age, he is still in the prime of his giving, according to many specialists.

And "Sport" said that Barcelona does not want to exceed the 65 million euro barrier in Salah, despite the fact that his global market value, according to Transfer Market, is close to 100 million euros, while Liverpool wants to give him up for nearly 90 million euros.

On the other hand, Halland's deal is very far from Barcelona, given that it may cost the club 160 million euros, between the value of the contract and the rewards of his father and agent, as the player is closer than ever to the English club Man City.

It is noteworthy that negotiations to renew the contract between Liverpool and Salah finally stopped, according to what was revealed by coach Jurgen Klopp, as Liverpool rejected Salah’s demands for a weekly salary of more than 400,000 pounds, compared to 200,000 he receives in the current contract.

Salah cannot leave without the approval of Liverpool, which is an alternative to the penalty clause, but the English club will not risk keeping him next season, so that he does not leave for free, since his contract expires in the summer of 2023.
