For several weeks, the name of Léo Dubois has been whistled by some of the Lyon supporters during the presentation of the teams.
But the encouraging performance of the 27-year-old right-back, during the first period of this Europa League shock, Thursday against FC Porto (1-1), could change his dynamic at the club.
As if stung, he made a gesture of humor to the public at Parc OL, after his decisive pass for Moussa Dembélé

When Léo Dubois signed Thursday, during the European clash against Porto (1-1), his (subtle) first assist of the season, for Moussa Dembélé (1-0, 13th), we imagined him to be enjoying this beautiful thinning with his partner.
But hardly had he joined him than the Lyon captain turned to the supporters in the west stand of a crowded Parc OL (54,551 spectators).
The glare, he then held his index finger in front of his mouth, as so many professional footballers who believe they have extinguished criticism (or whistles) do.
This gesture of humor, which went unnoticed by most of the stadium on Thursday, is not likely to appease the relations which have become very complex, for many weeks, between Léo Dubois and the Lyon supporters.

Even a few minutes from the start of a tantalizing round of 16 second leg of the Europa League on Thursday, only the name of the club captain was accompanied by numerous whistles.
A situation all the more worrying as the same day, the former Nantes player discovered that he was not on Didier Deschamps' list.
A first for almost three years on a gathering where the player is able to go there.

“He played a great game today, we are all proud of him”
Because yes, we were treated to a hyperactive Léo Dubois on both sides of the field during the first act, like this ball stolen in extremis in front of Toni Martinez, who appeared alone against Anthony Lopes (1-1, 34th ).
Add to that an impeccable cross, a rarity on his part this season, to find Moussa Dembélé's header (22nd), and even an unexpected shot on target from 25m, and you will understand how much he fed on the context.
