AIK talent Yasin Ayari: "2022 will be my year"

He was born in Solna and grew up just a stone's throw from Friends arena.

With a mother who works for the club, there was never any doubt for Yasin Ayari that it was AIK he would one day play for.

- When I was little I sat in the stands and sang along to the rhymes, now I get to go out there as a player and hear them.

You get chills, says Ayari.

You are expected to have your big breakthrough in AIK this season, how do you see it?

"Will be my year"

- The Allsvenskan 2022 will be my year.

I'll make sure everyone remembers my name.

It's time now.

I have been training since I was little and have reached this level.

Last year was about gathering lessons, for this season I have more meat on my bones.

What is it like to step out on a crowded Friends?
