Holmenkollen's three miles became Therese Johaug's big farewell party.

In the classic Johaug way, she set high speed early and soon left the rest of the field behind.

And in Norway's last distance race in the World Cup, 10 km free in Falun, she won by a full 35 seconds margin and took her 82nd victory.

This season, only Frida Karlsson has managed to beat Johaug in the distance races.

But next season, a season without the giant Johaug, then Karlsson believes that more nations will get involved in the urban battle.

- It's tough up in the ladies' top now.
