The Beijing Paralympic ice hockey final was held, with the United States defeating Canada 5-0 to win the gold medal and win the championship for the fourth time in a row.

The Paralympic ice hockey is held on a special sled called "sledge" for athletes with disabilities, and is the only winter competition that is allowed to hit the body.

The United States, who played against Canada in the final, was in a disadvantageous situation with one less player in the first period, a penalty, and forward Declan Farmer, who had no legs since birth, scored the first goal.

The United States continued to score points, and Farmer scored additional points in the final third period, which led 4-0, pushing Canada out.

The United States won the gold medal by beating Canada 5-0, and won the championship for the fourth time in a row, following the 2010 Vancouver tournament, the Sochi tournament, and the Pyeongchang tournament.
