It was a super recruitment that was presented in February.

After a long period of rumors, it became official that Marek Hrivik would return to Leksand.

Hrivik was a great success last season.

There were 51 points, 14 goals and 37 assists, and Hrivik was praised with Guldhjälmen who goes to SHL's best player.

However, the 30-year-old continued his career in the KHL and Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod.

But things got heavier there and after the Olympics in February he returned to Leksand.

But in six games, Hrivik was noted for only two assists and has not had as big a role as last season.

SVT Sports expert Jonas Andersson believes that he is far from the same level.

- We talked about it a few weeks ago that it is not completely a given.

He comes from a season in the KHL that has not been so successful.

Then he enters a hierarchy where he is not given anywhere, even though he won the Golden Helmet last year, Andersson says.

He continues:

- It has been a bad development so far.

He has not come loose at all and is a shadow of himself.

But there is an endgame and more season.

He is not a completely different player, but here and now he does not deliver as he should.
