Tomorrow, Friday, Stina Nilsson will again run in the sprint in the World Cup in biathlon.

Most recently in Kontiolahti, she snagged her first individual podium place in the World Cup since the sport change from cross-country skiing.

- I really suck at the achievement I succeeded in Kontiolahti.

But I really separate weekends, and do not take with me anything other than the joy of competing again and make no further demands on me to prove anything.

I really have no need to do that, says Stina Nilsson before the sprint in Estonian Otepää.

How did you experience the reactions after the third place?

- What I can get from my own social channels is that it is mostly, or yes, only a positive response.

And it's great to feel that there are many who are happy with me.

You proved that you can take a podium place, but were not allowed to go to any races at the Olympics.

How do you see it now?

- I have great respect for the decisions that were made, of course I was disappointed there and then.

But since the day I got the message, I just thought: now I'll gather so much energy from the other girls' achievements.

Warmer in the biathlon clothes

Stina Nilsson has soon done two competition seasons as a biathlete.

And feels that she is constantly getting warmer in her biathlon clothes.

- Sometimes I still come and nothing is right, but I still feel that those times come less often.

SVT broadcasts the ladies' sprint tomorrow, Friday, starting at 14.20.
