The volunteers blindfolded and rode in wheelchairs to experience every movement route of the athletes and solve the problems that the athletes may encounter in advance.
"After the athletes come to the Winter Paralympic Village, we can bring them familiar with the environment of the village as soon as possible, so that they can live in the village more freely."
In response to the different service targets of the Winter Paralympic Games, many warm-hearted details have been adjusted in the Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village, and the volunteers have also improved their corresponding service skills. Zheng Weibo knows this very well.
The Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village Athlete's Restaurant has added a Braille menu area, and volunteers will guide athletes to get information about dishes by touching them; the handrail angles in the barrier-free toilets and the slope angles of each barrier-free passage are specially set, and volunteers will check and measure them from time to time. .....

Guo Kai, the volunteer manager of the National Gymnasium, said that the volunteers at the gym mainly come from universities such as Beijing Jiaotong University and Beijing University of Information Science and Technology.
Among them, 566 volunteers are still used for the Winter Olympics, accounting for more than 90%.
The National Gymnasium hosts ice hockey events during the Winter Olympics and Paralympic ice hockey events during the Winter Paralympics.
