“I do not buy the sweetness of the birth.”.. #Mohamed_Salah reveals his strict diet

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool striker, revealed the strict diet he follows to be in the best and strongest possible physical condition, during an interview with the Egyptian DMC channel.

Mohamed Salah responded to the question about the food that he refrains from eating to preserve his physical and muscular composition, during an interview with the Egyptian artist, Esaad Younes, on the “Her Excellency” program, the first part of which was broadcast on Thursday evening: “I am not weak in front of food, and I do not feel I want to eat chocolate if someone eats it in front of me, but I offer chocolate to my daughter (Mecca) on Saturday every week, and this is a law for my entire house, because I treat Mecca as I treat myself.”

And the Egyptian “Pharaoh” added, laughing: “I feel guilty if I eat unleavened bread (meshaltet), and if I eat koshary and feteer in one day, it will be difficult,” noting: “On my last visit to Egypt, I ate (feteer) for breakfast, and a bath for lunch, Koshary for dinner .. After that I did not eat other heavy foods for a month.”

The top scorer for the “Reds” and the “Pharaohs” team explained: “We do not eat fattah, but I tend to eat salad with fish or chicken and broccoli.”

Mohamed Salah concluded his statements regarding food habits: "We are a family that celebrates all occasions, but I do not buy the sweetness of the birth."
