Takanashi was disqualified from the Beijing Olympics and ski jumping mixed team held on the 7th of last month because the thigh circumference of the suit was 2 cm larger than the regulation.
The Ski Women's World Cup was reopened in Austria on the 25th of last month after the Beijing Games, but Takanashi was absent due to condition adjustments, and according to the Ski Association of Japan, the World will be held in Norway on the 2nd. It means that he will participate in the 14th race of the individual Cup.
