There was never any talk in the long jump final at the indoor Swedish Championships in Växjö.

Pre-favorite Khaddi Sagnia opened with a sharp 6.69 meters - which was the winning jump.

Notable is that followed up with 6.60 and 6.55, which would have been enough for both silver and bronze.

Double personal best

The silver went instead to Kaiza Karlén who set the personal best with 6.47.

The bronze medalist, Ayla Hallberg Hossain, also set the personal best, 6.40.

Sagnia's personal best indoors is 6.92.

She put that in Glasgow 2018.
