PG Andersson and the map reader Anders Fredriksson were seventh, 49.9 seconds behind the leader Ole Christian Veiby after six of seven distances on Friday.

- It was a pretty good afternoon.

I'm a little behind, but not so I need to be ashamed of it, says PG.

But on the last stretch he lost a lot of time.

- The rear tires were just rubbish.

The plan is ready for Saturday

He lost 20 seconds on the incident and is now eight, one minute behind the new leader Andreas Mikkelsen who took over the leading position from compatriot Veiby who had his engine stopped in a road change on the sprint.

Before Saturday, Andersson has the plan ready.

- Then it may bear or burst.

Stuck in snowdrift

For Mattias Adielsson and the map reader David Arhusiander, it was a black Friday when they drove off the road on SS5 and got stuck - for a long time.

- We could not get away.

We shot for several hours, there was not a single person there who could help.

Fortunately, no damage to the car and we can restart tomorrow, says Adielsson.

The second best Swede is the home driver Jörgen Jonasson in tenth place, 2.39.2 behind Veiby.
