The first half was left goalless but Sweden started production in the second.
The final score was 4-0 and one of the scorers was Hanna Glas - who put her first hit in the blue and yellow uniform.
- It was long-awaited, even though it might have taken a little too many international matches, but finally it sat.
I was prepared before (the corner) to push there a return and it also happened today.
It feels great.
We won 4-0 and I scored, it can only be good, says Glas who made his 52nd international appearance.
Portugal stood up well during the first 45 minutes, but Sweden grew into the event and pulled away.
- We have extremely good competition and show a good game.
We are scoring four goals going forward and it is fun to be here, says Glas about being on site in the Algarve.
