Some of them come with the stars at 7:00 every morning, and some go with the moon at 11:00 in the middle of the night. During the eight hours of work every day, they have to walk an average of 20,000 steps.
As traffic volunteers at the "Snow Dragon" competition venue, their job responsibilities are to guide the route and get on and off the bus to ensure smooth traffic and normal operation of the entire venue.
Many of them are college students. According to Liu Jiafang, a volunteer from China Agricultural University, the Winter Olympics is not only a competition, but also a platform for cultural dissemination and exchange.

They call themselves "personal butlers."
