Al-Ismaili sacks its coach .. and the team is threatened with relegation

The board of directors of the Egyptian Ismaili Football Association, headed by Yahya El-Koumi, decided on Thursday to dismiss his entire technical staff, led by Argentine coach Juan Brown, against the background of the deteriorating results of the club, which is threatening to be relegated to the second division.

The club's board of directors held an emergency meeting, the day after it lost 0-1 to its host, Pyramids, at the Air Defense Stadium, in the ninth stage of the league.

Al-Ismaili has not tasted victory since the start of the new season, as it received its sixth loss against Pyramids, compared to three draws, to sit in the 17th place before the last with only 3 points.

It is expected that the club's management will hire a local coach to lead the team to succeed Brown.
