A negative smear for “Corona” for the Al-Ahly team before facing the Sudanese Crescent

The Egyptian Al-Ahly club announced the negative smearing of its players before traveling to Khartoum to face the Sudanese Al-Hilal, the day after tomorrow in the second round of the group stage matches of the African Champions League.

Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, head of the team’s medical staff, said in statements to the club’s official website today, Wednesday, that the results of the smear that the team’s mission underwent yesterday were negative.

He added that the team's mission underwent a medical smear yesterday, Tuesday, according to the medical protocol followed before the African matches, explaining that the result of the smear was negative for all members of the mission.

Al-Ahly coach Pitso Musimani announced the team's list that will leave Cairo today on its way to Sudan to face Al-Hilal.

The list included Ali Lotfi, Mustafa Schubert, Hamza Alaa, Rami Rabea, Yasser Ibrahim, Mohamed Abdel Moneim, Mohamed Hani, Karim Fouad, Ali Maaloul, Mahmoud Waheed, Amr Al-Sulayya, Mohamed Mahmoud, Hamdi Fathi, Alio Diang, Mohamed Magdy "Afsha", Hussein Al-Shahat, Louis Michisoni, Mohamed Sharif, Taher Mohamed Taher Hassan and Ahmed Abdelkader. .
