Viktoria Öberg, mother of Hanna and Elvira Öberg, had to follow the race at home in her loneliness after getting a fever.

But there was still a loud cheer when Elvira Öberg went home the relay gold in biathlon on the last stretch.

- I can say that I grinned from the fact that Elvira had put the last shot until she came to the finish - and then a good distance after that, she says to SVT Sport.

What is it like to see both daughters win Olympic gold together?

As a mother, it is probably the best thing you can experience to have both your daughters at the top of the podium together in an Olympics.

It can not get much better, she says.

"Fantastically cool"

Linn Persson and Mona Brorsson had put Sweden in a good position after two strong distances.

On the third it was Hanna Öberg's turn and then it was close that there was a penalty round in the standing shooter.

Hanna Öberg had blocked three shots but managed to put the last reserve shot - and the gold hunt continued.

- She shows again that she is mentally strong and manages to put the last shot.

It was probably extremely important for her mentally, and of course for the team, says Viktoria Öberg.

After that, Elvira Öberg was able to secure the gold medal.

- She's amazingly cool.

I am very impressed by her psyche, to come in and stand there and shoot for the gold, says Viktoria Öberg.

Quarantine hotel in Islamabad

On the other side of the world, father Tomas Öberg followed the race on a swaying connection in Pakistan.

He is the UN military observer and is in a quarantine hotel in Islamabad where he will go to the Kashmir area in a few days.

- It is clearly revolutionary.

The whole team has done fantastically well, says Öberg to TT.

Both Hanna and Elvira Öberg have now won three Olympic medals each, which no other Swedish biathlete has managed before.

- That they are also sisters.

It is unreal, very unreal, he says.

TT: Will there be a celebration for you?

- I have talked to the staff and they hope to be able to deliver some form of cake for dinner, he says.
