Mölndal runner Jonathan Grahn has broken double Swedish junior records this winter.

On Sunday, the 17-year-old made his debut in the national team when the Nordic match was to be decided in IFU Arena in Uppsala - and as he did.

After an incomparable final lap where he lowered his personal best by almost eight seconds, he took home the win before the Norwegian Per Svela.

"Wanted to put the Norwegian there"

But it was even.

With two laps left, it was a clear trio vying for the top three places.

But out for the last lap, when Grahn shifted up, the Norwegian Svela tried to push the Swede - how did Jonathan Grahn answer?

By winning and making a mark against Svela.

After the race, he explains the decision.

-I wanted to put the Norwegian in place, put him on the ground, he says.
