Tottenham coach: I am not afraid of pressure.. and I do not like a quiet life

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte says he is happy with the pressures he is under in his current job because he does not prefer a quiet and relaxed life much.

After playing his first nine league matches with the London club without defeat in a club record, Conte suffered two consecutive defeats against Chelsea, his former club, and Southampton.

"I think this job carries a lot of pressure and this applies not only to me personally but to all coaches," the veteran Italian coach told reporters ahead of his team's next league match against Wolverhampton Wanderers tomorrow.

"Continuing at this level means working under pressure every day."

"And I think that this is normal for us and whoever does not want to be under pressure should not work in this field ... He should stay in bed in his house and calm," Conte added.

Tottenham is seventh among the twenty Premier League teams with 36 points from 21 games, three points behind its London neighbor Arsenal, who is in fifth place, who played 22 games.
