The Swedish biathlon masters have not seemed to be in the shape of their lives at the start of the Olympics in Beijing.
But in the sprint, both Sebastian Samuelsson and Martin Ponsiluoma showed upward trends.
The duo finished fifth and sixth respectively.
One went a little too slow and the other shot a little too badly.
But before tomorrow's hunt start, both have just under half a minute up to the podium.
- A clear move forward.
Ponsiluoma could have won a medal with a boom and Sebbe with a full shot.
It looks good before the start of the hunt, says SVT Sports expert Björn Ferry.
- It's a great location.
Sebastian is not quite in as good shape as before the season, but it would have been enough with zero shooting for a medal today.
Ferry believes in medals at the start of the hunt.
- I do not think Martin holds over four shots.
But I've said before that Sebastian will take the silver.
So Sebbe takes silver tomorrow.

Despite good shooting - the Swedish duo missed a medal when Johannes Thingnes Bö won.
