On Friday, Sweden presented its team for the women's relay on Saturday morning.

Charlotte Kalla did not take a seat, which means the end of a long relay suite.

She has been part of the Swedish team at all the Olympics since Vancouver 2010.

- It is clear that she gets a little sad and sad when she is not allowed to participate, she has participated in all relays you can almost remember.

It's a bit sad for her at the same time as she buys our arguments, says national team manager Anders Byström to SVT Sport.

How did you reason when you took the team out?

- It may be a sad answer, but there are four who are better than her and she realizes that herself.

She did not get the results she wanted here at the Olympics and not earlier in the season either really, she qualified here in a good way, but did not get top results here, Byström says.

Run the last eleven championship relays

Charlotte Kalla has been part of all Swedish relay teams in the WC and Olympics since the WC in Sapporo 2007, a total of the last eleven championship relays.

Apart from Saturday's relay, there is only a sprint relay and three miles left to go for the ladies in the Olympics.

If Kalla is there, the national team manager has a hard time saying.

- There is one week left there, we have not thought that far yet, we will see how everyone feels after the relays and then we will take the team out, Byström says.

Could this be the last time we're seen of Cold in the Olympics?

- No, we are not talking about that, but it is clear that it is not likely that there will be more Olympics, it is four years until next time.

Charlotte will have to answer for herself if she has planned to go to more Olympics and there are not that many races left at this Olympics.

- She is ready to support and be part of the evening meeting here now, she is a team player.

So there may be more Olympics, do you think?

- No, I do not know, it will be Milan in four years, it is possible that it will be possible then.
